why would u put a rail in front of a box and then put in a shot where u jump off the box and dont hit the rail? It just shows how bad you are

film - 5, buy a tripod and learn to focus.

as soon as you have got the hang of rail slides, play around more. your getting started, but keep going. use different transitions too, cross fading works well.
