what? the cause of the crash was that he was driving fast and far out of control, hit a bump, and flew into a fucking overpass. of course speed played a factor.
 
Check out the hood of the car recording the video. You can see the red and blue lights flashing from the roof of the car, which is presumably a cop. I guess that's why this is being recorded, so I expected the article to say it was a high-speed chase.

But they mention nothing about that. So then what are those lights? And why was this being recorded? Conspiracy theorists, what do you have to say?!
