i live in calgary and i haven't got it yet either.

i hear there's a back up of mail coming from the US because it's only being sorted in vancouver and toronto for some reason. Powder has been coming late too

If anything you're waiting for is late, it may have something to do with the customs strike that's happening. Not sure if it's Montreal area only, but there is a customs strike and it has affected a very serious amount of shipping.
