Where is this font from? +K

I've been researching different languages for a tattoo i'm getting in the next few weeks. I have some awesome designs drawn up for the quote I'm going to use, but there is this picture I've found with a font that I have no idea where its from. To me, it looks very cool, and I'm hoping its from the region in the world I'm basing my tattoo around... If it is, I plan on drawing up some more designs and using that as my tattoo, cause I like the look of it a lot. unfortunately I have no idea where to find this language. I thought Newschoolers would be a good place to start, so please if anyone has any idea fill my in. +K to anyone who gives me some legit feedback!

you upload that picture, and it will tell you where you can find the image online, I'm hoping that maybe one of the places you can find it - will also have somebody that you can contact who might have a better idea.

the tattoo in the picture is written in tibetan script
