Where do you shop?

i guess the last few places ive bought anything have been

gates and boards in barrie ontario

badlands in blue mountain, ontario

d-structure in quebec city
 
Yeah evo gear is good. But another really good place in WA is Sturtevants. there not as artsy and dont have all the style and skate boards and that stuff but there a really sick shop and they have just as good of a range in ski gear if not MORE than evo.

I don't regard Ontario and Quebec as being east coast. Maybe Quebec, but Ontario is more like the midwest to me. The Maritimes are the REAL East coast, and it would be sick to see some Moment skis here, I think sales would possibly be kind slow though, most people have 1 pair of skis and only get new ones every couple of years. On PEI I shop at Sporting Intentions and Outer Limits sports (Outer Limits is mostly a snowboard shop but I think they are planning to get some skis in and may be looking for brands). In Newfoundland, I go to George's Ski World which is at the base of Marble Mountain in Steady Brook. I think it is the only ski shop in Western Newfoundland, and they sell a decent amount of twins. They are actually a pretty great shop.

I always shop online. Go ahead and hate on me but im not playing ontario-retail prices for skis.

Gates and Boards: in Barrie, Ontario, has all you need for skiing and snowboarding, and i work there to, so its a good time, working in the industry is awsome
 
uh, no...

sturtevant's is ok. it's nice for everyone but evo has the better customer service other than bootfitting. and I still don't get bindings mounted at either of them. I still think Evo is probably the best, or up there with the top ski shops in the world.
