Anyone whose into videography has seen those cool dollys that use skateboard wheels and pvc pipe, i am looking into building one, but where can i get the skateboard wheels and those metal thing everyone screws them to?
Where do you find skateboard wheels & other dolly supplies?

wheels, and trucks, which are "those metal things" are commonly available at skate shops
lolhardware store.skate shops...
lol to help you out a little more you can find wheels and bearings pretty cheap thru ebay stores have to look around but should be able to find them.
and home deopt will have the pvcv and plywood
you will also need the angle brackets 90 degree angle steel or some shit not sure what material mine isand then you drill into the metal thru the wood and connect them with some screws and bolts and shit
then to attach the skate wheels you have have to drill holes and shit into the metal for the wheels to go on using more screws nuts and spacers and shit to make it work.

yea i got all my shit at home depot (not the wheels and bearings)
you can look up some tutorials online that will be pretty helpful...Or else you will be going in there with an idea like me and dinking with your wheels and all the screws and shit for an hour or two trying to get all the right sized shit.
Also a good drill and a good drill bit will make this a lot easier.
or a drill press which would be ideal...

The metal things are angle irons - get 'em at Home Depot
Skate wheels - use old ones from skateboards, but the newer the better. If you have to, buy new ones, but they don't have to be amazing.
The rest is PVC, wood, and other hardware, like nuts, bolts, screws, etc - again, Home Depot.

well if i was gonna build something, id go to lowes/home depot, and if i was gonna build something which integrated skateboard stuff into it, i would look into a skate store, or used sporting goods store
