Where do y’all keep your phone?

Last season I slammed on my phone in my pocket and broke the screen. Luckily I was due for a new one.

I got a tree fort lifestyle chest suspender pouch afterwards but it kind of jostles a lot and is annoying / looks like a chest tumor if I put it under my hoodie.

any luck with a Fanny pack sling type thing? Like when it crosses from your waist to your shoulder.

any other ways y’all avoid smashing your phone?

i keep mine in my left pocket although im sagging my pants extremely hard. Sometimes i would land and have the phone smack me in the nuts but its what worked for me

My phone is invincible so I just keep it in my pocket. Nautiz x6 baby. CAT also makes a cool phone that is nearly indestructible.

pant pockets are by my kneecaps so i put it in a hoodie pocket tuck my hoodie into my pants and throw a t shirt over top

If you break your phone while skiing you may or may not suck. Unless you’re trying like lip disaster 4 onto a 40 footer. You could always go the safe route and shove it in between your ass cheeks like a chip only debit card.

Credit or debit

get pants w/ bibs if you have the means, the chest pocket keeps my phone warm and secure. can be kinda hard to access, but i don't use my phone more than 1-2x a day on the mountain anyway

i usually have a mid layer down jacket under a hoodie or jacket unless it's -8° F so i keep it in the side pockets but i haven't had any issues.

I have a thinner base layer with a breast pocket and it has a little openings in the back for your headphones which works perfectly… then I throw a hoodie on and it usually doesn’t bounce around or go anywhere

I just keep it in a breast pocket in my jacket. If I slam my chest hard enough to break my phone, I have larger problems than my phone.

Don't ski with it. Or I keep it in a protected part of my backpack if I'm in the Sidecountry/Backcountry.

What brand base layer?

Lmao its technically a bontrager biking jersey but it’s a thinner but super warm pull over then I usually throw a hoodie on and a vest over the hoodie and I’m set, (when I ski I get super hot and sweaty so I don’t need much) and I put my phone in that pocket on the right

Usually in my right shorts pocket because I usually fall on my left side. Put it in my chest pocket and just happened to have a penguin slide fall, not fun. Leg pockets are more comfy to fall on.

Lmao felt this on a deeper level ?

You must be some sort of animal who doesn't use a phone case.

I went two years without a phone case. Never dropped it and kept it clean. One day I stepped out of my car after a day of skiing and it fell out of my sweatpants pocket. Shattered right there on the road. Never again

Phones aren't core. I only keep cigarettes in my pockets.

what cigs tho there’s only one right answer

In my right pants pocket. Even though I seem to always land on my right side when I fall the pocket is far enough forward that I haven't landed on my phone...... Yet ...
