Where can I get checks for cheap?

I tried to google it, but don't really trust random websites that have authority over my bank account. anyone have any experience with purchasing another set of checks online?

first website I found was www.supervaluechecks.com but that just sounds foolish.

if you have a bank account at almost any bank, you can have them print you blank checks in front of you for a small fee. I bank at wells fargo and they print 3 blank checks (this has your account info obviously so they can actually be used) for like 3 bucks.

just tried online, said $25

can't go during the day, I work 6-6 and don't actually get home until 9.

Call and have them shipped...? $25 is worth not getting your balance dropped to 0 by a fake website. But hey, what do I know.

yeah, obviously. which is why I asked in the first place. I'm just strapped for cash right now and saving anything here and there can give me a meal for lunch and a beer with dinner.

Skip the beer 4 times, buy checks. Also why do you need checks if you are strapped for cash... Gonna write checks with 00.00 on it for fun?

I'm finishing up grad school, don't plan on getting paid until November. I have money, I'd just rather not spend it on fucking paper.

plus, skipping beer sucks.

I mean, yeah, $25 isn't a ton of money, but when you go to an ATM, would you rather go to your own bank or pay a $3 fee each time just because "fuck it it's only $3?" sometimes you do, but when you have some time to actually think, it's just being frugal. I'm not sure why you're pushing this.

and when I pay for rent and other commodities that getting a record of can be important, I'd like to be covered.

Use a debit card, they work pretty much everywhere, and then when you need cash, just do cashback at somewhere like a major grocery store etc. I save so much money by doing this from either avoiding services charges or not having to keep track of change. Doesn't help with cheap checks, but if you are tigh on cash this might help you save a little bit

What bank do you have? My bank has ATMs all over. Often there are standalone ATM. Unless the ATM is miles out of the way, plan ahead, withdraw cash before a night out.

And just pay 25 for checks.

my dad works for a bank, send me all your bank account info, sin#, and mothers maiden name and i can hook you up with free checks.
