the place to send my ipod to get fixed, or the person to email, or the webpage to get me there. i tryied looking for it and its like they hid that shit, i tried logging in at this one spot and of coarse it doesnt work for support, but it works just dandy for the store. hellllp winter is coming and i need this beast.
 
i got the 3 year warranty for mine, for your sake i hope you did too or u might as well get a new ipod, it will cost the same.

well, it froze on me, so i connected it to the computer and did the whole fix it thing, and it said i had to reformat it blah blah blah, and then like i tried reformatting it about 5 or 6 times, and random errors would come up and it just wouldnt go through, one time it did, but it wouldnt be recognized on the computer, so finally i killed itunes, and went to reinstall it like i did when i first got it, and it got to the part where it is "rebooting ipod" and the progress bar just went and went and went, it was going on for a day and a half non-stop, and it still didnt fix it. its been out of action for almost a month now so i'm pretty pissed, and i'm just going to send it to them and let them deal with it. and yeah i got the extended warrenty.
 
go back to the store you baught it at as long as your warranty isnt up. and if it is, send it to apple
