When does loveland open

I skied three weeks ago!

Loveland is covered with snow right now. It was snowing so hard up there!
 
It snowed today, these are pics of breck. It also snowed hard to Loveland!!

Fan guns are pretty sweet. They freeze up a lot and it seems like you have to replace the nozzles all the time also. They do make HUGE snow piles though.
 
lovely thread, i have been searching the internet for a while now and i cant find shit on this, 2 years ago loveland openned the 14th and a-bay like the 16th, last year it was a-bay the 13th and loveland the 14th, but i remember that just shredding the pass was better than both so i didnt go to either, still no word on this year from anyone though, maybe ill drive up there and go in the main lodges and ask whats up, we'll see, i think for sure its goingt o be a week later this year though, they just started blowing snow a week ago and the usually early storms havent been as epic
 
its getting cold, 2 fridays is realistic.

i would mark my calender to suit up that day kiddies.

thats been tradition at least.

i still don't know if im going to ski or not that day.
 
just heard the word that both abasin and loveland are aiming for the 15th but nights are getting down to 17 degrees and rumours are starting that this saturday abasin might open, but those are rumours...
 
there are these rumors every year, if abasin and loveland open the same day i'll pay to go to loveland, longer run, less people, and everyone that works there in the early season is out there skiing with you. all in all i've had way better days there. Go loveland!
