This isn't really something you need to ask NS, you could simply just look at different companies websites, but considering it's mid October and ski season starts most places in less than a month I would say every company's gear is available.
I have been checking and most websites do have there 2016 stuff up but i would say a little under have do not so I was wondering there was like a time were the rest usually did like last week in October or something like that..
