When did It become cool to hate on Dumont?

no one who knew anything about skiing hated on Tanner..... just rocker kids in tight pants an shit who didn't like his style

wait i remember most hating him before like a couple years ago, but I (i thought the general consensus was) thought most people liked him now adays
 
Yea, my hate was strong for him after watching strike three... then it kind of died down a bit in the last few years... i hate other people more now, hating is fun.
 
i wonder if they will sell it at target? hey maybe they ill start sellin Empire stuff at Target too. (like a flacid penis keychain)
 
shieet I just came back to this thread after being in mythreads for so long and I just realized that the OP was right people are starting to hate on Jon now after his comment about the dew tour
so its gone from T-hall ----> Dumont ----> Jon ----> ??? Who's next on the list boys?
 
I feel like the bottom line is at newschoolers we feel like we are an underground movement. We don't like the Simon isnt part of this scene. The bottom line is he is good for the sport he brings a ton of money in. In public he is positive and amped on the sport. Whether we like it or not he is is the mainstream voice and he gets the word out there. I mean look at him he is the pretty boy, built and throws down. I think if you watch his parts in Reasons as well people will see his is a good all around skiier. But he is a corporate figure and thats the way it has to be, there has to be the people that are bigger than us and he grows the sport in ways we dont always nessesarily see or realize.
 
i think thats the reason why he doesn't coach at summer camps. camps would want him cause he's mad good, but he'd be an ass of a coach im guessing. of course i dont know him at all just guessing on what people say about him
 
everyone has an opinion dumont was sick back in the day but now he's not riding or doing the shit he wants to do he's a comp skier he's riding for the industry now, thats why his shit is so spin to win, cause thats what you need to do to win a comp therefore his shit is kinda beat.
tom wallish dont get me wrong his urban rail shit was pretty sick.but his jumps were so huge it mite as well have been a park rail. and he needs to think outside of pretzels.
T Hall is the focking man cause he can go to comps and kill it. as well as put together the steezies vid parts. and he's focking lived threw it all and is still on the top of his game.
I need to add that Dorey is a fockin pimp.cause he's doing what he actually wants to do. think of it entering a pipe comp doing two 3. thats like unheard of.fockin killing it!
i personally dont give a fock what your steeeze is like.if your doing shit for yourself it just makes it more enjoyable and sicker for other people to watch.
But thats just my opinion.

 
I dont hate on him i just think hes a little bitch. After watching Transitions:Simon Dumont in NZ podcast where hes trying dubs in the pipe and eats shit and ends up with some bruises and says he has to take a day off because of it when tanner gets completely knocked out from landing in the bottom of the pipe and is out skiing later that day.

I'd say it became cool to hate on simon when he first broke into the industry. This kid is a little pussy.....crying at the xgames over his back, the little fuck shouldn't have even been skiing. Thats not brave, its just stupid and irresponsible. I was at sunday river a good number of years ago when simon was just hitting it off. He tried a 270 onto a rail, fell, threw his ski at the rail, whined like the little bitch that he is, and skied off, never to be seen for the rest of the day.
 
Alright, there is no reason for any of you guys on ns to hate on ANY pro skier unless you have met him/her. If he was such a d-bag he wouldnt be hanging out with so many people. If the pros he hangs out with him like him, theres a pretty good chance hes a cool chiill guy. all im saying is dont hate on someone that you dont even know for dumb ass reasons.
