Whats your favorite tea

I love tea. Thank you for making this thread. Lavender Earl Grey, licorice, english breakfast, coconut oolong, and chai pure mint tea as well I like black teas with sugar and milk. I add vanilla and froth the milk for earl grey. I also prefer loose leaf teas.

Green tea cuz it's the healthiest for you in terms of antioxidants.

Although, there's tons of different teas that are so good. Any fruit tea is nice and is probably my second choice overall and first choice for flavor. Mint and peppermint teas are not bad. Teas with ginger are awesome. Bigelow Pumpkin spice and salted caramel are decent teas for the fall if you're in the mood for them. Chamomile also is decent too, and you can even grow it in a pot very easily; it's a pretty flower.

I do more loose tea than with bags. The strainers are cheap (like $10-15). I heat my water up in an electric kettle that was $15 at Target and it works so well. Amazon has a lot of places that sell assortments of teas so you can sample a bunch. I usually just do that or ask for assortments as Christmas gifts.

Last note. Always drink tea plain without any sugar or additives. Occasionally if I have a bad cough, I may add honey to green tea but that's about it.

Sorry, I dont know brands because it was being shared with me from someone else's plastic bag with 'coconut oolong' written on it in pen. I would recommend however checking out a local tea store where you can taste and buy more exotic loose leaf teas, which is where I presume the Oolong I tasted was from. Good luck.

Straight up black tea, English or Irish Breakfast, brewed too long. Keep the herbs, flowers, sugar out please.

I will occasionally take it with milk too.

Taylors is my favorite brand; you can’t go wrong with it! (You can find a pretty good deal on Amazon for it)

Definitely man! Make a point to go check out some local shops, it's super fun and you'll get some great tea.

Red rose, earl grey both with cream and sugar, tension tamer with honey, jasmine and the stuff at the Chinese restaurant. Licorice sounds killer.

I cleared out of of my dresser drawers, bought a kettle and started a tea collection in my bedroom. It's great. I would have never expected to see a tea thread on a freeski forum.

Oolong is a wonderful style of tea which can vary greatly in taste, depending on what oolong you get.

Lets say black tea is completely fermented or oxidated (one of the main reasons for black teas strong and aromatic flavour profiles) and green tea is just slightly fermented and oxidated (the fermentation or oxidation of green tea is stopped by heating the tea which results in a much more delicate flavour profile).

Than oolong can be everything in between black and green tea in terms of fermentation, which means that flavour wise oolong can vary from light and floral to more heavy and earthy flavours. So yeah, see if you can find any oolong its an interesting style of tea

That chai tea is good. I make it at my crib a lot. Surprisingly egg nog tea is good. And Thai iced tea is fire.

Tea tastes 100x better than coffee. So many flavors too. I just wish the caffeine content was higher. Some of the better flavors barely give me a buzz

I found some tea that steeps in cold water to make fast iced tea and it actually tastes good. You all should check it out. It's kinda cool.

I was buying lots of herbal tea sampler packs for a bit. Licorice and pomegranate were my favorites. Sipping chai with a bit of milk right now and thats pretty good too.

No clue what kind of tea it was, but I had some homemade traditional berber tea out in the sahara desert once. It was pretty good actually.

Irish or English breakfast or die (preferably the first)

Never understood the whole sugar in tea thing but that's more personal
