i dont like d structure cause its terribly organized online and its hard to order shit and it sells fruitboot stuff too. but its still pretty sick i guess.
^^^^it's not really hard to order stuff from them you just fill out your address on d-structure, and then it links you to paypal, which is wicked easy to use, and you don't have to be a member to use it either
the only reason i like d-structure better than jibij is because you can order online, jibij doesn't have their stuff online, but they are still sick
dude jibij rocks though, i had a ton of questions cuz i couldn't get into the store and the guys there were wicked friendly, it is alot more personal than ordering something over the net. Next to jibij Decade in Ogden, Ut kicks ass, i ended up buying skis from them cuz they hands down hand the best deals. I picked up a brand new pair of Armadas from them for dirt cheap. To top it off i got to the store like 5 minutes before they closed to pick up my skis and they stayed open super late to mount my skis for free. They are some of the nicest guys out there. Decade kicks ass
tmc? arent they the japanese dudes? i went there and nobody knew anything concerning twins. the owner was a chill old japanese man, but he would only talk about a japanese brand of twins, nothing else. plus their selection was weak, and the skis were overpriced.
it just wasn't that good of a shop on first glance...

It's not easy being a freeski only shop, always competing with other chain stores and having little ressources.
I think any shop that dedicate itself to freeski deserves some props period. As long as you support the right ones who get involved and make the skiing community better (and there isn't that many
D-Structure is just getting off the ground in the US and next year will be 10 times better, I promise.
Jibij defintally has the best people Josh is 100% dedicated to freestyle skiing. The only reason he cant have his stuff online is because the companies wont let him. He needs your support to stay open guys he runs that shop by himself.
i'm liking D-Structure, but I buy my shit from the Austrian Ski Shop in montreal, they always give me the best deals on skis, anywhere from 50-60% off skis, and they mount the bindings for free. they know what they're talking about, slightly more racing oriented, but they have guys in there that know a ton about the newschool side of things
Who cares if it's not solely a newschool shop, they carry core brands, they have a great staff and they help you out with deals. What else do you want? I don't see how it matters that the have race skis on the opposite wall... racing is skiing too. Meanwhile, I doubt you'll find B4 Squads and the like on sale at Jibij, great shop though it is. It doesn't make sense to ciriticize a place just because it sells a wider range of gear and dedicates itself to a broader view of what "skiing" means.
