Whats wrong with the site?

Every couple of minutes, as I'm surfing the site, everything but the menu and members dissapears. And I click on stuff, but nothing happens, apparently its not just me, anyone know whats going on? Is it becuz the site is being updated?
 
it's going into shock.

but really, not sure, might be due to the high amount of traffic and stress on the server?

dunno, im sure it'll worked out soon.
