Whats up with my xbox

it keeps "over heating" as soon as I turn it on. It can't possibly be too hot that soon. Help please

This happened to my friends. It's a precursor to the rrod or it is the rrod or something like that. Thir xbox was messed up so they reset it and it went back to normal

This might sound crazy, but you have to pour warm coffee all over the xbox.

I don't know why, but it worked for me.

My other friend actually did something like that. They wrapped it in a hot towel until it overheated and reset the system

Put it in the microwave for 12 sessions of 5 sec. at 100% with intervals of 1 sec. in between each session with a damp towel wrapped around it at all times. Should work fine after.

I continually hit mine and it worked again for about a week. RROD and now its in my closet. very dead

You need to create a way for the heat to escape, so drill holes all over the xbox. If that doesnt work, take it apart and put it back together inside out
