What's up with my camera

I'll preface this by saying I'm somewhat new to DSLRs, but I know some stuff, and I'm very confused here. I have shot a bunch of videos on my 60D with Tamron 17-50 already (I know how to focus, set ISO/aperature/shutter speed etc) but for some reason my shots got fucked up today.

I filmed the first five or so clips totally fine and then after that they all started to look blurry. I didn't change any settings or do anything that could have damaged the camera. I thought at first my focus was messed up, because I could see on the screen that the shots werent totally clear. When I couldn't get it to focus/be clear, I just assumed the live view on my screen was broken or something. I took a few pics just to test the lens and they were perfectly clear. Got home, looked at my vids, and they are pretty much all blurry. What gives?

I also used an external mic for the first time today, and noticed a super weird audio interference on a few shots where it sounds like spanish radio is cutting in and out (the fuck). It is a cheap mic. I don't see how this could be related to the vids being blurry, but it's just something odd I noticed. I attached an unedited video below from the camera that shows the blurriness and the audio interference.

what did you do after the first 5 or 6 clips? the only thing i can think of is the little dial/ scroller that's on the viewfinder. if you turn that it makes the viewfinder blurry, but i don't think it should do it to the LCD, and it also shouldn't show up on the clips.

Now that I think about it I was fucking around in magic lantern a bit so that could have done something, but I don't remember changing anything other than screen brightness. And I know about the viewfinder dial thing lol my friend changed it one time to mess with me I was confused why it was blurry for so long. But that wouldnt affect the live view or the actual shot.

I havent used ML in a while, but I believe there is something where you can reset all your changes back to normal. I don't know if you have some settings on there that you use often but if you do you could just note them, and then change them back. If there isnt a reset thing, it would probably be worth it to just reinstall ML.

maybe also try a different sd card

Damnnn ok so I figured it out.

Turns out when I was playing around in ML I accidentally turned on noise reduction, which fucked up everything. Turned that off and now my cam is back to normal. that audio interference is funny tho lol, def could see how its just a radio frequency interference.

As for mic, same radio freq as a radio tower near by.

I honestly think it is hood man, I have had my focus go to shit on and off through a day and I have a 11-16 with an infinity stop so I know I have focus. Some days my footage will come out fuzzy and it pisses me off, also my mic picks up the same stations, its the repeater from the cell tower in between norms and flood, in my Andy parry edit his opening shot of him talking you can hear the Spanish radio cutting in and out. I had to turn my decibel gain on the mic from +20 to +10 and turn up my gain in camera to compensate. Still get some lyrics now and then facing the east its dumb the crap filmers deal with haha
