Whats up with M Elihu?

About a month ago I ordered an item from them and received an automated confirmation-of-order email, but never a notification that the product had been sent. After about two weeks, I sent them an email, and than another a week later. Neither one was responded to as of now, two weeks later. I checked and saw they the MElihu NS account hadn't been active in 'over 30 days.' Does anyone know whats up?
 
Seem kinda sketchy now. I bought a hoodie last year and it took over 2 months to get here and i live in Canada so not that far away. Horrible customer service as I emailed them aswell and didn`t hear anything back.

I know the guy, he has been traveling a shit ton all around in Asia and other places, just crazy busy and doesn't always have internet.
 
I placed an order around early June, didnt get a shipping confirmation or anything for weeks. I just kept bothering Miles with emails and eventually I got a reply and my stuff was shipped (recieved it mid July). Its no way to run a business, but I only paid like $16 for a tee and tank (and he threw in a hat and socks for free) so I'm not too upset.
