the song is called Firestarter but i dunno who its by... that song is pretty lame
 
It's breathe by Prodigy. Not firestarter, although it does sound somewhat similar
 
Indeed it is. Fat of the Land is a great album. My personal favorite is Music for the Jilted Generation.

The new album's not bad but it took some listening to before I really started to appreciate it.
