london is such an ugly run down city in some parts, I really was expecting a bit more. When you go though you gotta make sure you hit up one of those small pubs at some point, it's really an awesome time but the beer isnt very cheap. A few cool things I went to see during the day was the Churchill Bunker (if you don't know who that is I suggest you go die somewhere) and St.Pauls Cathedral. Also every night there is this Jack the Ripper tour and apparently it's pretty scary shit.

soo london is rainy, expensive, very shitty in some places, full of chav scum. the place aint damn amsterdamn tho so why you are all suggesting a hooker is beyond me oh and the hookers are probably some of the dirtiest in the world. have a great trip though!

You should be fine getting served in a small pub, try to get a nice looking one though. Also go watch some football, the one where you actualy kick it not carry it around. Sightseieng is good if you like that kinda thing. Just try to keep pretty central as the place is huge and a lot of it you wouldn't like to visit.

if ur into music then there will be some good gigs on, alot of bands are touring. london eye is good if you get good weather, go to the bars aleast one of will get sold. just dont go out side of the center, it gets a bit rough out there.

Yeah outside of the centre it can get a bit unpleasant but the centre itself is all right. The Eye is good and there is all the other tourist attractions in and around the centre (most are pretty crap). You might want to take a look at this website: http://www.visitlondon.com/ it should give you all you need to know. On the pub front there will be a pub that will sell you if you are underage but most of the ones alongside the Thames won't (my friend was refused last year). If you have a fake ID that is passable and shows you are over 18 (and you look old enough), alcohol shouldn't be a problem.

getting id'd is a lot less likely, get a drink or to, go shopping if thats what your into, go on the london eye, good view. tower of london, interestin visit. 17 year old, if you have mates in london, go clubbing. youl fuckin love it. how ever if you dont, then you probably wont, unlucky. stuffs expensive, go see some sights. go to pubs. EAT FISH AND CHIPS.

London is a kickass town to visit. Buy a lonely planet guidebook and find out all the fun stuff there is to do and see. Definitely an entertaining and excentric place.
