What’s the move??

Last season I bought a pair of full tilt classic pro boots, they fit beautifully at first but the liners have packed out more than I anticipated, i’m having heel slippage to the point that I have to legitimately max out all the buckles to minimize it. Should I go to a fitter and find a new boot, or do something else?

When you re-heat the liners they will swell a little, you could maybe get another season or two...

Up to you if you want a fitter to help or DIY. Do some research before DIY.

When you re-fit, wear thin socks and don't crank the buckles too tight so the liner will be as thick as possible. Introducing a thicker or maybe even fitted foot bed while refitting will take up some volume too.

Just take them to a fitter, maybe as easy as a bit of foam around the heels, new liners, or something but a good fitter will be able to sort it out easier than the entirety of the internet.
