i heard they were lighter. Line 1260 is supposedly the lightest twin for the size, and i hear the concept is pretty light at as, so is the tweak.

its not where u ride, its how hard you ride it!

Concepts are really, really light.

In memory of Darren Gallup: Do you realize/ that everyone you know some day will die?/ But instead of saying all of your goodbyes/ let them know you realize that life moves fast/ it's hard to make the good things last.

1260 is the lightest twin.

my candides are pretty damn light, I wouldn't say they are the lightest out there, but for how light they are, they are fucken bomb-proof

yah the tweaks are really light and a decent ski, but they're so expensive.

PE's are light for their width. I felt them and the 174 scratch and the 179cm PE felt lighter.

Concepts are super light, but they aren't very fat. from what I've felt in terms of weight:

180cm V-Pro > 181cm 1080 > 180cm Scratch > 179cm PE

My concepts are light but they dig in on all of the steep lips going switch (we dont have a park so all of the jumps have HUGE lips)

so are the concepts not worth getting? are the tails not tipped nuf?

PEs are soo light for they're width... but the actual lightest ski is probably the 1260... although it sucks

^^^Drop into the Pipe and Smoke it^^^

petek, again, 1260s aren't in only 1 size. There's 4!!!!!

153, 164, 177, 182

And yes. they are incredibly light.

my friend neil is letting me choose between the concept or some ghetto blasters for 50$ each. i think the concept has been used a few times as a demo and the blaster is brand new. the concepts are 165. if i got the ghettos they would be for my little bro.

as far as i've seen i'd say atomics with the BETA design carbon fiber stuff in them. i picked up a pair and was so surprised. like no weight at all kida freaky

the magazine is called 'POWDER' cool! - my stupid non-skiing friend

get the fischer big stix 103 or maybe its 104 i dont know they are really light and perfect in tha park...

yes

d-_-b WE

I can't remember how heavy my concepts felt witout being mounted, Now with look pivots on them they feel kinda heavy, but I haven't really compared them to much. I held a pair of PE's in 169 unmounted and they felt incredibly light.

look bindings are so heavy!! ya, i dont remember how light my concepts were unounted but all i know is that they are heavy as hell with the looks on them..BOOO

i'd say, for their size, the line 1260's...UNLESS you put the line binding on them, lol!

Brody

i wont drop out of high school for skiing, mom

im not a dick, but your all wrong. The Troublemaker is the lightest ski out. I have the TM mounted with the ZRR 18, which is a pretty heavy binding, and they weigh the same as my buddies Candide's. The Candide's are still in the plastic.

the big stix are more than 4 inches wide are totally worthless in the park however they are the most pimpin big mountain ski ever

no man, scratch bc, with scratch 100 bindings and a 10 pound plate is the lightest out there
