for me i do this

channel 33 - nickelodeon

channel 32- cartoon network

channel 50 - comedy central

channel 57 - animal planet (only if crocodile hunter is on because hes amazing)

channel 62 - weather channel

channel 61 - new jersey traffic and weather

channel 36 - espn

channel 37-41 - tnt, xfx, spike, all those movie channels

and then if theres nothing on i go to the menu and see whats on on other channels

ususally i just go through the first three channels, but if im bored i do al the stuff here
