skateboard wise, switch is when you do the trick 'the other way'. if you kickflip regular, a switch flip is a goofy kickflip. pretty much it means the unnatural way. fakie is a trick done going backwards. so if you kickflip regular, you'll be riding goofy but ollie-ing off your nose; the kickflip is done as if you were regular but you travelling backwards on your skate facing goofy. cab refers to steve cabelleros patented move, the fakie frontside 360. cab has now gone on to mean any fakie frontside spin. so you do a fakie ollie (riding goofy, but ollie regular off your nose) and the front of your body spins turns forward to the direction you are travelling.
