Whats the difference between these ipod cases?

i would say the first one cuz it has a clip and looks a little beefier for crashing and stuff.
 
i hav the first one myself,

works like a charm. i fell on it a couple times.

also drove over it on the lawnmower, hahaha

strongly recommended
 
don't get the second one, i fell hard on mine last year and it didn't do much help. Then fell again later that season and snapped my ipod in half
