ok, so I've been busy all semester (try 4 jobs and full time college) and I have no idea what's going on. SO I log on here read the first article I see (Sublux stuff) and there it is, Rom the owner says "...now that Orage dissolved Siver Cartel"...

Is Siver Cartel done or what? I must not be understandign this right cuz it seems impossible
