honestly...this guy hasnt progressed in years... has anyone seen him do anything nice?? and still he has full page ads for marker and shit? what the fuck! same thing with glen plake!! move over ya old shits and let some people who can ski gain respect!

I often wonder the same thing. He seems like a funny guy and all but I've never really liked his style much, even before he got so fat. I am damn impressed though that a fat ass like him can still do misty 7's and lug rails down to the beach and stuff.

Plake earned his right to be there ,but Holmes sucks balls. His segment in Ski Movie 3 is a joke.

you guys dont know shit. I met holmes a couple of days ago at the Norica party at stratton, and hes cool shit. he has deffinitly be working out, cause the guy is ripped. anyway, i would like to see any one of you punks ski the stuff that he does. Any one can throw a 360 in the park, butit takes balls to ski 45 degreee and up chutes in AK.

And whats wrong with Plake. As far as im concerned plake is one of the coolest guys in the industry. He will ski with anybody who want to ski with him, telling you pointers and all. and it takes shit loads of skill to ski what he does, on 212 cm K2's. I give him mad props cause the gey is over twice my age and still rips like no other.

Of your gonna critique these guys, at least be able to ski as good as them in THERE elements. Yea they might not be as good as tanner in the park, but i bet that tanner looks up to these guys as bid mountain riders. nuff said.

dude chill....i agree that plake was a big part of making freeskiing what it is...and its cool that you met brad holmes...but there are a lot better people skiing better shit than holmes does...he gets recognition because he has his little rap from global storming....whoa....as for plake....i know what you meen....i just wander why they put ads of this guy doing a flair 3 feet out of a qp!!! sure its cool that he's an older guy doing this stuff....but come on....

Fram u dumb ass.... plake can licoln of cliffs with 215's on and could probably kick your ass in a slopestyle comp right now..... as for holmes he is incredibly naturaly talented and sounds like a cool guy but i think he just hasn't put as much time into skiing as he used to

i would like to see any of those park riders rip ak lines like holmes does. it takes balls to rip ak lines. and as far as progression goes in big mountain skiing, there is not to much to be done. just shut the fuck up now while you have some dignety.

The people talking shit about Plake need to be shot.

Plake is in ads for the same reason why you see Mosely in ads. Recognition.

In the skiing industry Plake is still one of the most recognized figures today.

And I take it that Brad Holmes is in ads his image. The hardcore gangster image.

plake has mad hair, so fuck you all, and homes just let himself go, along with his body and his image, he gave up on professionel skiing and hes just sitting back now, hes fat and his time is up, quit raggin on him
