so yeah im interested in what was about the coldest weather you guys have ever ripped in

a comp.

me it was a halfpipe comp at -44 in quebec canada

All of our comps back in Indiana/Ohio were at night, and when I think about it they were normally freezing. But really cold there is like 20.

-44! holy fuck thats cold, well i dont compete but the coldest i've skied in was -35 with wind chill up at whistler, and the chiar stalled for 20 mins, the glaciar chair, sooooooooo cold

waiting at the top of the mogul run at the snowsearch in killy was fuckin freezing. i was number 166. took a long ass time. soooo cold.

ive skied in -20 but not in a comp. dang that it so cold. you are crazy. I cant imagine doing a comp when its that cold.

- 38 without windchill. My friend got frostbite in one run. At stoneham for canadian series last year.

i think farenheit or celcius needs to be established in here...

and pretty warm really, i've never been a comp where it was really cold...

At sugarloaf last year it was around -20 with windchill and we couldnt take our second run becuase it was so wondy the chairlift wasnt runnign anymore

yup... me too, qualifiers for girls after the sun went down.. i had on thermals, 3 pairs of sweat pants and insulated ski pants...... still ridiculously freeezing

one day in a slope comp i was just about to go for my second run and the lift stopped and i sat there for like half an hour in -6. i was so fuckin freezing. by the time i got down there all the lifts were closed and shit. so lame.

yes, this is what i was gonna say that shit fuckin cooolllld. and i was standing still on the big table spectating not competing so i froze my balls off.

also one day last year i got stuck on the chair at owls head in similar temps and got frostbite on my face. had to rock t.heed tshirt over face steeze for awhile after that one

- 37 wind chill factor Verbier Ride world tour Big mountain Qualifer teh wind was soo strong it was kicking up soo much snow i couldnt see anything... and the judges couldnt see the skiers, my muscles were convulsing soo bad before my run that i hadto hit myself in the theigh really hard to get my legs too move, not a good day ended up droping a 30 foot cliff to ice and my legs jsut ave way i ate shit...hahaha

not comp but working at stratton was -40 a few seasons ago, it was only open till mid mountain cause of the cold!
