Whats the best way to build a backyard box or rail?

Needs:

-box of screws

-working space

-wood

-tools (drill and screw driver)

-helper (a friend)

-time

-money- main thing

and figure out your own plan it's not hard

 
get the basic supplies, make plans, then build then frame and apply the top sheet (of your doing a box) thats all we can tell you b/c your not being too specific
