whats the best video editing software?

Im using a demo version of pinnacle studio 9, and im looking to buy the full version. before i do, does anyone know of better software and where i could find a demo?

If your editing on Windows, the best options are probably Adobe Premiere Pro, or Premiere 6/6.5. If your editing on Macintosh, go for Apple Final Cut Express (it's cheaper than Pro, and has most of the features you could ever use.)

deff go with premier pro if u have windows, its alot better that premier 6, u will like the features/ look of pro alot better

Take whatever you can get. You could make an illicious movie with Windows Movie Maker if you have the skill.
