Whats the best season pass to buy around here

i live in boston and next year my friends and I will have a cars so i'm wondering what the best season pass to buy

we will most likely go during the weekend and maybe like friday nights

i was thinking wachusette cuz its like an hour away from here but the "gold pass" is like $650

or should i get the threedom pass which is like $480 which is good for loon cranmore and waterville. but those hills are like 2 hrs away

for you boston kids what season passes are the best?
 
I don't know why you'd get anything other then Bronze from Wachusett. You can get them for like $160 I think, maybe less.

It just gets you all weekdays and nights. Going to wawa during the day on weekends is madness
 
the bronze at watchusett is good for all nights, and weekdays. They are 200 right now but I think there going up after like june or july. I have bought once for the past like 4 or 5 years. Its a good deal cause with the bullshit prices they charge, if u go like 7 or 8 times u get ur moneys worth. I like them i dont no, the threedom pass is a pritty good deal to tho.
 
idk i might not be able to go alot during the week because of school and i think wachusetts park is prertty decent to
 
okay i don't think ill do the threedom one cuz the mtns are kinda far away.

so i think im gonna get the gold with wawa, when do the prices go up? its 499 right now
 
..Why exactly are you going with gold? Bronze is really all you need. You can get bronze for like $169 I think if your in a GPS club or whatever, I got it for $169 thru my school.

Bronze is all NIGHTS + weekdays. Weekend DAY is extremely packed with just 2 lifts. The lines, even singles get really long it's not worth going except for either:

a) the 1-2 rare occasions

b) late season

With either case, your prolly better off buying a ticket. Holidays are just hell to go IMO, it's busy as hell and 0 fun.
 
ok guys. kind of same question for me too. i'm going to get a sundayriver/Sugarloaf pass or at least a sunday river one. i was thinking about going 3dom on top of that too. should i?
 
okay so i talked with my friends and we decided were just gonna get the bronze pass cuz i agree, watchusett gets so crowded during the weekends. When do the prices start to increase??
