Just got back from OKEMO and they will open this weekend with ONE top to bottom and some other little shit. It will be snow, but it was looking ugly today.

I "escort" on the RI bus trips...

We were supposed to goto Sunday River this weekend, but my boss called today and said since they are supposed to only have 1 trail, and there were only 10 people who called so far, we're not going... Now I suppose I might have to drive up myself.

Anyone know how much tickets might be on Saturday. Okemo says $30 of friday, adn they called and said they didn't know for saturday...

I talked to my brother who does snowmaking up at Killington, and they haven't been told anything about opening on Saturday. It's all over the news, but they haven't told the snowmakers. They also got about 2 inches of rain or so in the past few days, so unless it gets really cold tonight and stays cold, I wouldn't count on an opening before Sunday.

My appologies. I saw my brother this afternoon, and Killington WILL be opening on Saturday. They have about 350 snow guns going right now, and are working around the clock.
