I got fucking wrecked at broomball the other night and def peed a bit. I was also on the verge of blackout drunk so that could have been it

It was 'supposed' to snow last wknd, but it poured. We are having a shit winter!! Got a huge storm before the mtns even opened before Turkeyday and now nothing. Bah humbug.

For the first time in probably over a year I feel actually and truly 100% happy and it's great. I took a leap of faith quitting sbux and I got a job offer two days later and it is just such a great feeling. I am happy!

im really disheartened because i dont know where all the ladies of NS are as far as media. make a self edit, have a friend take a pic of you and post it up.

i keep watching all the who are girls progressing flock to comps, and leaving the creative, fun, and free aspect of filming and media. its FREEstyle skiing, its not about comps and rules its about fun and freedom and creativity and having FUN. what bothers me most is i don't know how to reach out and help girls who might be interested get their foot in the door.

It's hard because girl freeskiers are so few and far between. There's no(or very, very few) girl crews to do stuff like this. Around here there are literally no other park skiers. So trying to do any filming ends up in solo edits and not to mention riding solo 85% of the time. There's no one else to feed off of and the traditional route in sports is training to compete. A lot of girls are on their own and think this is the only way to make it. Unless they hang out with guys who are more into the creative side, they honestly probably don't even know what that is all about.

I do agree with you tho. If I was good enough to have any influence on stuff like this Id be doing it in a heartbeat haha. What Brooke and savannah are doing is fucking on point tho. I think(and really hope) that they're gonna change a lot about womens skiing which is awesome.

I know how hard it is, I had to get a go pro and I've made all my edits except season edits in less than one hour of filming and less than one hour of editing because I could hardly convince anyone to film me at first. Some of it is even filmed on an iphone. Because I know how hard it is, I want to know what can be done to make it easier, or more friendly.

And I think Brooke and Savannah have the potential to do that for sure, Brooke is a good homie of mine.

I would love to help some ladies out here get film and shots. I go into the park not to look good, but to make others look good. It bums me out that I don't see many ladies getting shots, I wish I lived closer or had the means to travel and help shoot. Girls helping girls makes the world go round.
