After dub 1440s and upwards whats gunna be next for free skiing? Any ideas of where tricks can go apart from more spins?Maybe more rotation flat spins???
 
creativity for sure ! both in jibs as in transitions, in urban/park/backountry, a couple of this years really badass tricks were basically as awesome as they were because of the transitions.... (ie. wallnuts who rides off the side of a table, lands on the back of the kicker, then goes switch off the table, anyone who finds the footage gets +k, or the nimbus crew riding that huge step-up cornice jump in ?hood?, also watch carlsons other stuff from this season, that man is crazy!

and for urban, look to our snowboarding friends, the helgasons, they are the future !
 
dub kang? If you're talking about four flips then i think jizz is an understatement, but if ur talking about 3 flips then i think Bobby Brown has done it. I'll try to find the vid
 
urban. superfeds and triple switch ups on down rails and double kinks are done. its gonna get so gnarly, like snowboarding already is. huge gaps, steep ass quad kinks and other insane rails, finding tranny everywhere like b dog and other gnarly shit like that.

park will probably stay the same with features, big jumps and superpark stuff, but i think people will land a few more triples then start doing more single and double flips with different grabs and wierd flips like the dub cork 7. i want to see more superpark rails and boxes other than cannon boxes. the up gap down last year in revolver was sick there should be more stuff like that

im not really sure how powder and big mountain will change, i dont pay much attention to that. i like seeing absolutely huge cliffs and stuff like that, thats probably where it will go towards just going huge
 
Fucking iPhone. Creativity for sure, I bet there will be more grabbed screaming semens, a lot more presses and more style.

its going to go in reverse and instead of doing bigger and better tricks, people will just safety 1's and tail presses. Shits gon be tight.

I'm gonna try to hit my first true double stager, like if u fall ur in deepshit double, already got it mapped out in my mind. Been thinking about it since about a month after the last pow day :-)
 
More triple would be sick, but they're not too sick to watch, unless its in big air maybe. More style is the way forward, dope long grabs and dub grabs or even three grabs would be tight.
 
I think we will see a lot my creativity in skiing. I think this year guys will be throwing down left and right triples and hopefully so 1800s. After that I think skiing will hit a wall in terms of super tech tricks. We will see more creativity: cubed pipe, transfer gap jump, etc. more stuff like that. Because of the tech trick stoppage style will once again come into play. And guys like wallisch, casabon, and harlaut will rise to the top.
 
well in all honesty, if you look at the windells edits (where the new shit tends to form), skiing looks like its receeding in a good way. massive 4s of rails, presses, actual hard shit to do. not throw your body hard, but keep it smooth hard.
 
much more camera angles for film seggies like with the zipwire between trees etc i think, but in terms of actual skiing urban and big mountain is all about gnarlier spots and lines, in park i'd like to see more variety in grabs for doubles or like more people doing two grabs per trick like that ridiculous dub cor screaming seamin to blunt by LJ.
