if its your first offense your looking at 5-10 years probation, maybe 2-3 years in jail, for 2nd offense your looking at 25-life.
 
the worst what could happen if you get caught from the police is. they will put you in the trunk of there car drive out in the country side and kick the shit out of you,then drive back to where they picked you up and chuck you bloody limp boby on the side walk to leave you to die.
