What’s for dinner?

Today, I will prepare my favorite easy meat dinner composed of grilled chicken and veggies.

Here are some tips for preparing grilled chicken for dinner tonight:

1. Marinate the chicken: To add flavor and keep the chicken juicy, marinate it for at least 30 minutes before grilling. A simple marinade can be made with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.

2. Preheat the grill: Make sure the grill is preheated to medium-high heat before adding the chicken. This will ensure that the chicken cooks evenly and doesn't stick to the grill.

3. Cook the chicken: Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. You can also use a meat thermometer to check the temperature.

4. Let the chicken rest: After cooking, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before cutting it. This allows the juices to redistribute and keeps the chicken moist and tender.

5. Serve with sides: Grilled chicken goes well with a variety of sides, such as roasted vegetables, salad, or rice.
