What’s for dinner?

A can of expired nalleys chilli with lots of onion, cheddar and moruga scorpion rings then some Rockit apples and peanuts.
 
Made this pork roast last night, much better than it looks with herbs and stuff, having more to tonight and tommarow night possibly

If you’re busy and lazy- this is what I do- buy sliced lunch meat from the deli and a pack of sliced cheese, get a pack of flour tortillas, lay that cheese on there, slap on the meat, lay down a blob of your favorite bbq sauce and microwave for a minute or so to get the cheese melty. The working mans 5 minute lunch
 
Potato Curry w/ rice. Super easy, one can of coconut milk + 2-3 tbsp of curry paste. Then just boil potatoes and whatever else in the curry till they’re cooked, add 1 tbsp of minced garlic during the last few minutes.

just wish I had some chili oil or peanut sauce.

There’s nothing wrong with using paper dishes my guy. They create just as much waste as suing a paper towel or napkins at your meal.

When your day is jammed and you don’t want to do a mountain of dishes every day, paper plates and solo cups FTW.
 
Just reheated some chow mein from a big batch I made over the weekend. Used the same recipie as my fried rice with some noodles from the fridge at the Asian super market. First attempt and was way better than expected

Yeah just used my fried rice recipie and added cabbage(got a pack of coleslaw/pre shredded)

check out uncle roger on YouTube. He’s got it locked down for how to do it properly.

pack of noodles (you gotta get refrigerated premade noodles easiest to find at an Asian supermarket)

Pack of frozen veggies (I used a broccoli melody)

half a pack of shredded cabbage

onion or better yet shallot if your rich

garlic

meat of choice

where it’s at is the sauce:

Sembal for the spice

sesame oil or other oil

soy sauce (sweet soy sauce slaps)

MSG

top with some Siracha or other Asian toppings

i also stir fired my veggies and meat with teriyaki before I added noodles
 
Smoked some wangs for work. This is before. The kroger scotch bonnet sauce is actually really good as a presmoke marinade
