And for actual hotdogs I like all dressed. relish, mustard and coleslaw applied in that order

When it's dog-time for real though, I like diced onions, relish, and mustard. Sometimes I like to switch it up and use toasted buns and just throw on a plain dog with some gouda toasted on the dog bun. Now that's a dog.
