What's Anthony Boronowski like in person??

I just thought about it for no reason. He seems like a cool dude. Just kind of curious what he's like in person to ski with or hang with or whatever.
 
He seemed sweet at FRESHtival.

Really humble. I met him on a chair in mammoth... he almost didn't want to talk about some things because it seemed like he didn't want to brag about who he was. He was super nice, complemented my painted skis, encouraged me to keep it up and contact Armada about doing graphics for them. He was also really easy to talk to and didn't mind my questions about his new ARVs... I emailed him a while back to, and he was pumped to hear from me and that I remembered him.
 
Ya hes really nice guy and super chill everyone makes fun of his mucis and says hes emo but it think hes super chill

real quiet and stuff, pretty wierd too, he does swear a lot though and he goes off when when he doesnt want to do something or something makes him upset, but in a weird way i dunno, i was on the lift with him and charles and mike and charles wanted to go to someplace in BC or whatev after HN was over and anthony started going crazy like "fuck that i dont wanna go to fucking bc fuck that it's alway fucking raining fuck that lets go too fucking mexico have you ever been able to walk around without your shirt in bc? fuck that man fuck it off! fuck that lets go too fucking mexico" and then one day the diggers changed his playlist and he freaked out about how he "always has too listen to the fucking thug gay rap shit" and how his playlist "fucking only got one fucking song" hes real cool though but when he goes off he doesnt really sound angry at all weird guy
 
he's chill and cool. Everyone makes fun of his emoishness but they still like him. One of my favorite skiiers and one of my favorite coaches at HN
 
he was a dick to me at HN at first but later on in the week when I talked to him he seemed ok...I've heard from other people that he was an ass though
 
he was my coach at HN and he was super chill. a crazy skier who is super humble and can break down the most technical trick.
 
ought my brother a magazine and slurpy at camp this year. and he is super chill. he is the only skier that can wear a dress coat skiing that he bought froma thrift store and not look like a fag
 
It'd be quite weird for him to hop on NS and find this thread, since it is quite random. I would be a little weirded out. Anyways hes super chill, he treated my little brother super nice out at camp and got him all pumped up on skiing.
 
never met the dude, but i dont really like him. i think his skiing is ugly, his style seems pretty much like every other emo wanna be, and i just think hes seriously gone downhill. he used to be one of my favs, but ever since the emo trend, seems like hes kinda gone dh.
 
he can be de hyped after long trips but give him some hell rell and a tree run and hes one of the best people you can go riding with.

he is definatly not emo, he is soooper happy and friendly all the time, mabye quiet sometimes but he is the exact opposite of a sad person. mabye he just likes emo music? he is like the coolest skier ever.
 
I don't know him well but I have hung out with him this year and last at HN and I am close friends with someone he went to highschool with. He is reserved at first, probably shy and quite self deprecating. Based on my camp experiences, I get the feeling he can be quite moody. I am willing to bet he is a much better skiier than he gives himself credit for, which is the opposite of most of the people I meet and less justifiable than all of them. That he can ski in a tweed, thrift store jacket this year shows he is probably more comforatable with himself now than he was when I first met him. He has many interests outside skiing, the one most obvious to me and the other people who also don't know him closely, is his art, which makes him more rounded than many of the obsessed skiers that I have met. That he produced a series of prints, which he sold on the Armada web site and of which the proceeds all go to support Marc Andre after his accident, speaks volumes for the type of guy Anthony is.
 
He is a really chill dude. He gave me advice for my near year's road trip... He was really helpfull... ya Anthony is chill.
 
for those of you who dont know yet. this is the new sketchline films alias. dont listen to a word this fudgepacker has to say. Its all bullshit. Hes a fat little bitch who doesnt know how to ski and feels the need to comment on every fucken thread, whether its relevant or not.

haha so the guy who hasn't met him doesn't like him but everyone else does. Shut up you have no idea what you're talking about. He's not emo, he listens to emo music but he listens to pretty much anything to. What music you listen to doesn't determine who you are. And his skiing is ridiculous. I don't think I saw him do anything to the left the whole time we where at High North

also do you think his personality has anything to do with neglect from a parent, family member or friend?

does he seem to have repressed anger inside due to an iceblocking accident.

i got to ski with him and abma on saterday in the blackcomb park holy shit that guy can throw down cab 9 double japans and rodeo 9s sooo sick and such a chill guy listens to the weirdest combo of music when hes skiing techno and gangster hip hop but hes soo chill always willing to talk to anyone
 
I lost a lot of respect for him after watching Yeah Dude, when he tried to drop knowledge about global warming and "how we treat the planet." First, he's clueless about global warming (says it's going to be a cyclical process, then describes something non-cyclical ). I could forgive that. But in the same sentence, he talks about flying around the globe to go skiing in Japan, just because it's raining in Whistler, and earlier in the same movie, he and the gang drive 26 hours on a whim in their gas-guzzling trucks to fetch their snowmobiles.
