What's a good skiing related gift?

It's for my boyfriend I was thinking ski's but that's probably really expensive right? i was thinking around $200 to spend
 
yeah get him some nice googles...they'll be around $100 - $120. EG2s are cool. be sure to steal his helmet and make sure they fit with the helmet though.
 
ooh 200 dollars, thats a nice gift, you should go for maybe some outfit or some very sick googs or an helmet or gloves haha
 
Thanks to all the serious replies. The problem about getting him ski wear is the fact he just bought all new ones. He just got goggles, gloves and the outfit.
 
Another Years subscription to Freeskier mag? Just make sure he doesnt have one first, or you could be cool and get him all the Newschoolers.com gear.

Or just a bunch of tall tees.
 
some sweet poles? or another pair of pants, I'd love to have multiple pair of ski pants! or if he has thick pow gloves get him dope pipe gloves for the spring skiing, maybe a sweet packpack if he likes to ski bc. just throwing out some ideas... but I wish I had a bf that gives me ski stuff for my b-day haha

Or a really good gift would be something like calling up his ski friends and help them set up a summer set up at his house or one of theres and have like a ski sesh/birthday chill sesh. I mean this probably would be difficult to set up and might take more time than you have, but if you could he would love it and instead of dropping $200 you could spend a lot less and it'd be really fun and meaningful and since you worked hard it has more thought. But yea its a hard option so he'd still be really pumped for something like poles, goggles, a season pass, or some movies. Good luck.

Some nice poles might be good, or you could probably save some money and just get him a cool hat-I know I would be happy with that as a gift. Ski socks might be good, a tune up kit or like an Armada or Line Hoodie or something. Or an audio upgrade.

Make a cool little selection box with lots of smaller gifts! I like to make selection boxes so that there are more surprises. You could put in lots of things, hat, gloves, tech socks, bandana, maybe a base layer...anyway my vote is lots of little ski things rather than one big thing.

Get him a selection box with some gloves and stuff like someone else said, and get him some poles for around $40-$60 depending on how much dough you spend. If he needs new skis you could get him some line invaders for around $190. OOOOORRR you could get him new bindings $170-$190, or you could get him some bindings for like $110 then some poles.
 
What's some good ski movies? I'm going to do reserach on ski gear. Any websites you guys can direct me to and brands?
 
If he doesn't have it yet get him ENJOY. There is also REALTIME which is really good. I don't know where you could buy hunting yeti. Try the NS store on here it has some really cool stuff but it could take awhile to ship. Sounds like your BF is gonna have a good b-day. i dont know if its skiing related, for some it may be, but if you make him some butt hash i dont know how he won't fall in love with you.
 
spend a little more and get him some skis, check out the bluehouse preseason sale, you can get him some 09 skis for like 275
