Marching Powder by Rusty Young. It's all about the South American prison system which is really cool. It's like a little society, inmates buy cells, they get jobs, their families can live with them. The rich ones have cable TV, ensuites, etc and the standard of living is often higher than the surrounding environment.

But good books I've read are Lord of the Rings, Lord of the Flies, the Shannara series by Terry Brooks, the Odyssey, and a book I just read that I liked was Train to Pakistan by Khushwant Singh.

Girls don't like sensitive guys. Since I don't treat women like objects, I have to treat objects like women.

i find 'a breif history of time' by stephen hawking good. and 'warren's world' by warren miller was a good read.

 
Lauren is right, chuck palaniuk is awesome. Fight Club is one of the best books ever written and Survivor is awesome as well. but by far the greatest book ever written is Brave New World by Aldous Huxley. just read it. its not very long, but it will change your life

brave new world did nothing more to change my life than Great Expectations. i dont know why, but i really dont like many of 'the classics' very much. Mark Twain did his best work in Letters To The Earth and nobody fucking reads it
