Whats a better all mountain?

The Mojo 90 is a kick ass all-mountain ski, I ride mine every day. I've taken them through icy moguls, chest-deep powder, backcountry, and some big lines in sketchy conditions and they have excelled at all of the above. They 89mm waist is awesome for everyday stuff, I don't think 79 would cut it outside of the park unless you're a scrawny little bastard.
 
if you live on the middle east coast (PA, NJ) the mojo 80 is better all mtn...if you live north east (VT,NH) or out west then the 90 is gonna rock the all mtn category
 
Center mounted=terrible all-mountain ski. If you're going to get something for actually skiing DON'T get it centered, have it mounted at recommended. Centering that ski will be about as worthwhile as burning it, all you will do is turn a perfectly capable ski into a tip diving unstable mess. I personally think the recommended point is about 1cm forward of what would be optimal for all-mountain, but they still work great.
 
i ski PE's in like waist deep pow and they float fine

but id go with the 90 for all mountain but heads are heavy

"Head's Mojo 90 ski has a park profile but with bigger dimensions for better float in powder and reliable stability for big air landings. It is a revamped and made-over version of the Mad Trix Mojo. That said the Mojo 90 doesn't like high speeds and doesn't enter in to turns easily. It lacks floatation in heavy snows and has a tendancy to dive."
 
They work pretty well going fast, I've taken mine up to 40+ in choppy snow. As for the dive, they do it slightly in heavier snow, but if you mount them 1 cm back from the recommended point I think it would remedy that problem. It's definitely more of an all-mountain than park ski, I can tell you that for sure.
 
They're no bump ski, that's for sure. But if you have the right tecnique, you can get them to work in moguls. I've done a few mogul lines myself lately and the mojo's have worked ok, the flex definitely helps make them faster.
 
I'm not exactly sure what you mean by that, but I'm going to assume you're referring to powder? In that case, they work well, but not great. They could be a bit wider, but other than that there are no problems.
 
Glades are like the trees i guess you could say. Its like off the trails to the side, lots of trees and turns. Thats where i have my most fun skiing.
 
Yeah, I have my MSP's center mounted and it aint great but I make it work. With a ski thats about 90 in the waist and center mounted you get super tip dive as long as your goin slow. I can keep mine on top of 2 ft of fresh pretty easy, but once it gets past that its tip dive.
