Whatever happened to that Rossi Contest?

I remember they were suppose to produce some sick pro model graphics... Did they just not follow through or something?
 
I believe your talking about our create-it contest we ran last season, with skis that were to be produced for this season (07-08). Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel production of the create-it line, and being that is was not a heavily ordered line, we were able to substitute inline graphics to fill the orders.

Its a total bummer that it happened, the graphics were sick and the artists deserved to see there skis out there, but unpredictable shit happens. Props to anyone who did well, I saw a couple hundered differant graphics and they were all super sick.

 
Is there anything in planning, that will replace this contest? or is it just dead. Because I liked the idea, and I made designs both two years, when the contest was going on. I was lookin forward to implement my new abilities in Illustrator in a new Create it season. Sad news. 

Would be cool to hear sometimes again from design contests of Rossi ...
