I think a lower angle may be in order. Other than that A+.

Nice picture, I am a sucker for black and whites with lighting like this. Like the person above me said, think about resting your camera on that side walk and getting a really low angle on it. Keep the lighting the same with the lamp in the same position and it'd be $. Nice use of thirds. When you get lower, you'll eliminate a lot of the cars and focus more on the foreground and the lighting. It'll make the picture stand out and be more interesting to the viewer.
