those are last years model...they are exactly the same as the regular fs only the core is different. Where the fs has a THC core (wood and microcell technology pressed together) the blue fs is a cheaper price point model with a solid wood core. it is just cheaper to make with the wood core instead of the thc core. stick with wood...it last longer plus foam is for shaving...

^They're actually not... they're only heavy in comparison with other Rossis. Good skis. Although i don't know that 280 was THAT great a deal, it was, nonetheless, a pretty good one.

what are you talking about tm's they are just as heavy or heavier and both have wood core and spring blade same parent company but with rossi you get 30 degree sidewalls and construction of exterior like fs and bc so why not take the regular scratches bristol knows what's up.

They are cheaper too (why does dyn. think they can charge the big $?) and better switch/rails/bails and cause they don't have that stupid metal cap where my edge seperated from the nose ect.

The worst thing you can do to a tm is crash, they actually handle rails good if you weigh 160 or less. When you crash they explode don't catch some edge shrapnel in the face.

read above or just read in general, thc = triple hybrid core fiberglass wood and epoxy and a little love make the fs and bc lighter faster stronger. Wood core on reg is still dope just like all dynastar and past twins in 2002 ect.

No, 04/05 are white and red, and have last year's FS graphic on them (the alien). The white on black girl echos are almost nonexistent. If you ever wanted a totally unique ski... anyone wanna buy 'em?

No. Read what I'm typing. It is the Scratch with the wood core. there are hardly any of them. The Scratch BC says 'Scratch BC' on it, has the THC, and has a different girl's profile on it ( you can't see her chest, for example, and her face is angled upwards more). These are unique.

I have those blue Scratches. Can't say I have any complaints about them, except for the bases seem slightly softer to me than other skis, but I can just fix the slight gouges up when I tune em so its no biggie, plus I'm not racing in them or anything. Those white ones look such hot shit. They should've stuck with that for their production graphic instead of just a prototype graphic.

The core is the only difference, yeah. And some people would actually prefer a wood core. It's a bit heavier, but it'll last longer, too.

550, ur a moron, thats a regular scratch with a wood core. I live on the American Canadian Border, and all the american shops had the black/blue version, all the candian shops had that white version. 300/350 tops, don't get ripped off. I ski those skis, and there sick, but not for 550
