I know next season is pretty far in advance but I'm looking

for what skis to get for next season. I am 5'1 97lbs and currently on 05/06 151

invaders with p12 pivots which I don’t think will make it to next season. I

love invaders but after skiing them in some decent powder I figure there a bit

to thin for a one ski quiver. I ski park or mess around on groomers if it’s

not a pow day and powder if it is a pow day. I want a ski with an 85mm+ waist

that is soft and buttery. If I don’t grow before next season I will be getting skis

in size160-165cm, if grow then longer. If it’s of any help I ski Grouse Mountain

and Whistler.

i'd look at some armada arv's if your looking for a good mix between park and pow. plus if your invaders last you can use them park and arvs pow

5'1 is a little small to be going with 165cm skis dude ya think. i mean, park skis are suposed to come up to about your nose. 165 on you would definitly be like above your head i'd think

but ya anthems. im goin with Line chronics again kuz i dont want the intense butter the anthems have, most likely. armada makes good skis too. or you could go more big name company with some like k2 fujatives or rossi scrath (or w/e they're called now)

last season when i was around 4'11 i tried my friends center mounted 163 addicts and they felt fine only to stiff but length wise they were fine, my 151's are fine for this season but i would like them to be longer for pow and groomers, stability isnt much of an issue for me, so it sounds like anthems would be good for me, anyone have any other suggestions?

Thats the biggest load of shit since that elephant exhibit had a truck remove all of the shit.

K, that was a terrible example, but there is NO WAY that the fujis will have a 95mm waist. Stop making rumours.

i to heard this rumour, maybe pep is going to be taking after eric pollard and making a fat park ski similar to the lizzies

any other suggestions? i really would like to know anything that could be good for me so i can atleast know what i want for next season and hop on a deal if one pops up

yes i really am a hobbit, i ski barefoot and wear old rags for clothes, and i've recently become obsessed with this ring i found...

Why would they not have a 95mm waist? Pep always skis Hellbents so why not make is PRO-MODEL a fatter ski?

for the anthems, are they almost too buttery to ski groomers and pow everyonce in a while? i focus on park, but ya know like everyone i do some normal other skiing too. would the butterness of them make other skiing, especially pow skiing, horrible?

yeah walls are way to stiff for what im looking for, and the comment about anthems being to noodly for groomers, im fine with that, i just mess around on groomers anyways, and for pow, i want a soft ski cause i dont charge in pow

^^^i was looking at lizzies but unless i grow a few inches they would be a bit to big for me, i was also looking at the scratch brigade, does anyone know how stiff they are, cause i like the dimensions for what im going to be skiing, 98 underfoot would be good for everything

no they shouldnt..i ski invaders and they are actually great for groomers. and the anthems have identical construction except for the width.

its all in prefrence i ski a 176 dumont for park there over my head i find it easyer for me with longer skis.
