the "moving camera stuff" is easy to do if you're steady. Just have a pole in one hand, camera in other and push off with the pole decently hard, now drop the pole and use both hands to stabilize the camera. Do this all before you want to actually start recording ( the beginning when you push off is shaky usually ). You dont need a dolly to do shots like that.
