What would you do in my situation?

Today my environmental class and a random sped class had a feild trip to jiminy peak to check out the wind turbine. For some reason we had to walk down the mountain instead of taking the chairlift which was how we got up. On the way down my ipod fell out of my pocket and i didnt notice until i was getting on the bus. At this time a lot of people knew and im just like f*********ck there is nothing i can really do. Then this kid tells me that he saw a retarded kid find an ipod and pick it up. I start talking to this kid and he says he didnt, then his teacher asks him and he says this ghetto black kid has it. This kid was really slow in the head and was obviously not lying. So im just calm trying not to really get involved and two teachers go and talk to this kid, but he repeatively says he doesnt have it. When we got back to school they brought the kid into a room to talk to him, but he would not admit it. I figure he either has it or he kinda freaked out and tossed it somewhere. Should i just let it go and lose my 300 dollar ipod which only about 10% of the music on it is backed up on my computer, or should i try to get it back?
 
i was skiing like 2 seasons ago and i was rockin out wit my nano and the battery was almost dead and so like 20 minutes later the music stopped, but my nano was in my jacket so i just kept skiin cuz i figured it just ran out of battery...

i get back to my truck and go to pull it out.....and my pocket got unzipped somehow and my ipod had fallen out and i had just played it off cuz of dead battery!!!

it sucked hardcore!!!!

but yea i hate thieves!!! with a fiery passion. especially thieves who steal any sort of ski equipment/gear.

 
I would talk to the kid who said he saw the retard pick it up. Then I would talk to the retard. Then I would take to the nigga. Obviously at least one of them is lying.
 


this kid wrecked my mo-ped in a very stupid way the beginning of last year. he agreed to pay me the money to repair it, which was 300 bucks

he didnt pay me for months, kept blowing me off. finally 5 months later I had enough. I confronted him in his dorm room.

I told him he agreed to pay me, and had obviously been spending money on other things for the past 5 months. I said he could have at least tossed a couple bucks my way. then i told him had better pay me soon.

halfway through the conversation he reached into his desk and pulled out brass knuckles and a knife. I laughed at him and told him to put those things away, and said if I wanted to hurt him I would have done it already. (I am not a beast or anything, but this kid is a little bitch who thinks hes real hardcore)

he then agreed to pay me 50 bucks for parts, saying that he didnt agree to pay for labor. at this point I flipped out and told him this little speech:

"so, are you a man, or are you a fucking worthless piece of shit. because anyone would tell you youre a piece of shit right now, ask any of your motherfucking suitemates standing around gawking here. a MAN doesnt do shit like this, a man owns up to what is expected of him in life, he doesnt pull out bullshit like this. you have one more month."

I recommend you try the same. he then asked if I was threatening him, and told me he would cut my tongue out. I laughed at this (anyone would, it was comical coming from this kid who is a shrimp with a speech impediment) and told him that i wasn't, but that I knew that he knew what he was doing was wrong.

he ended up apologizing to me the next day, which amazes me since this kid was such a shithead. he paid me half the money and managed to avoid me for the rest of the semester so he got off with not paying the rest, but I dont care since he is a poor piece of shit.

anyways the moral of the story, is insult this guys manhood. dont resort to violence, it wont end well. he is in a frat so if I kicked his ass I would be watching my back for a while. also he came to my dorm with 5 friends to beat me up one night, and left death threats on my phone (totally unrelated dispute). those threats turned out to be good leverage. god damn I hate this kid, haha I havent even thought about it for a while.
 
talking to this kid wont work, hes like not retarted but hes in a retard class because he does so bad in school. he steals a lot, im sure his dad left him and all that shit. i kind of know this kid because he was in my study hall last year and hes really obnoxious and thinks hes a g. i might just be like dude all i want is the ipod, i will pay you 100$ for it then if he says ok ill jump him, im not scared of this kid at all hes a grade younger and ghetto kids at my school are all talk. is that the right way to go about this?
 
me personally, i would get an adult involved, but thats b/c im against fighting...if you wanna do that ^ then go ahead, but i would get an administrator (in my case, good 'ol Dr. Neagle) to come down on his ass, but then again, where i live is really rich (not to sound stuck up) so they dont tolerate any stealing or shit in school. But back on point, I wouldnt fight b/c im too much of a pussy, but if that'll do it for you, $300 could be worth the punishment...

but seriously, if he's not that smart, figure out a way to black mail him or something. plant drugs in his locker and then tell the cops or something.
 
two teachers were involved, but they were not about to strip search the kid because hes all like "yo dawg wha da fuck is dis shit y yall think it was me dis shit iz racist i dont got no ipod fuckin crackaz fuck u"
 
if I was really pissed, i would do whatever it takes, but im too pussy to fight...little, smaller example: we were playing soccer in gym, and this bitch Alexis fuckin trips me, then i got pissed b/c i was moody that day. You're all gonna be like holy fuck, why would you do this, but when she got the ball again I knocked her on her face. It felt good (omg im a sadistic freak). Im sure your iPod is worth the punishment of fighting, so if its garunteed that you'll get it back by doing that, although i hate to say it, i cant see a downside besides the punishment...so yeah, i'll say kick his ass, but make sure he's the one who has it first - no reason to beat up a random kid who's totally uninvolved

and if the real dumb kid knew to blame the black kid then he isnt that dumb after all.

just kidding, id say offer him the money for it and if he says ok either jump him and get it or tell some form of authority, i dont really get how kicking his ass will solve it because if it isnt on him then its not like hes gonna be like "ok you kicked my ass let me go get your ipod."

i just thought of something...the fact that they dont punish the black kid (treat him special) is racism as well, you could argue that he's getting special treatment
