a) cops cant push me out of my skis

b)i might beat the shit out of her and run

c) ive been to that exact spot they were skating
 
not a big deal. if there was a no skateboarding sign, thats wha they got for breaking the law in front of a cop. except the injured back thats bad.

that was rediculous, no one should sue, but they should have taken the cops badge number and reported it. She should have to go through some re-trainging or anger management stuff, that was rediculous.     I don't think that was racist at alll, she just didn't like skaters and dind't knwo how to deal with ti and was a huge cunt about it, and now she should have to pay for that by taking some classes and stuff. Nothing happened to the skater so there is no reason to sue. That cop needs to be re assesed though.

In my opinion legal action is not a bad idea at all. It's all about our freedoms as americans thats what this country is based on. If the people who are supposed to serve and protect us are physically attacking us then are we supposed to let them get away with it?

Yes the cop was over the line and deserves a scolding/reprimand whatever, but in reality the average schoolyard roughousing among friends involves more violent force than what happened there.

Your "freedom as an American" to try and sue anyone over the slightest little "booboo" is a world-wide joke.

It was a shitty situation that lasted a couple of minutes and caused nothing more than a minor scrape, those happen in life, get the fuck over it.
 
its not the fact that the kid fell or whatever i don't care about the physical injuries sustained it's the injury to the balance of human courtesy. i don't think there should nessecarily be a lawsuit. i don't think comparing schoolhouse ruffhousing to police brutality is a legitimate argument.
 
I would have kept skating and said if you try to stop me i'll show the video to your supervisor, getting her suspended and making her take classes would probly be the most anyone could get from that not any money
 
^yeah its pretty ridiculous that the cop pushed the kid, but talk of legal action and racism in this situation is ridiculous. at most the kid shouldve just told her if she didnt let him keep skating he'd make a scene out of it
