What wax for backyard ski rail?

Me and my buddies have been working on a backyard setup and are not sure what we should be using to wax it. Ski wax seems a little expensive so I figured I’d put up a thread. (The rail is PVC)

Yo! On my backyard rail I never really used wax I instead just used some water and dawn dish soap, seemed to work good but would be curious to know how wax would work on pvc

You won’t need wax on pvc, it actually slides almost faster than metal.

after back yard sessions wax your skis, swix all temp and an iron, brush, and scraper will fix whatever the grass pulls off ur skis

Don’t use any wax on the pvc rail it won’t need it. However it’s much more beneficial to detune your edges as well as use

some water on your dropin, bonus speed if you spread some dish soap to get the turf or lattice or whatever extra slick
